What best describes this incident ?: G7.5 - Police sirens inititation

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had reports of a man on a black Ducati wearing navy blue clothing going around shooting people up by Tequila-la and then I spotted Michael Mason who has a banned driver's license. I and another unit initiated a stop but failed to stop and around 30 seconds later he crashed his bike. I then start looking for him on the hill but I suddenly get shot at from above me on the hill. I later shoot back and down him. In TS he said that he was firing warning shots at me in order to leave him alone and let him run over the hill, however, he did not say a word in character to neither the biker cop, nor, me nor attempt any RP apart from failing to stop before shooting, thus, breaking G7.5. He later passed away although I believe that I gave him high quality medical RP and there wasn't much else that I could've added to it (not reporting Michael for this though). and @Matt Stonesdo you perhaps happen to have a longer clip?
We normally ask for 3-5 minutes leading up to a situation to ensure no RP has happened prior, and given you appear to have been involved in some sort of situation, i just want to make sure

Yeah give my view, Matt lothbrook before both video had already tried to chase me down and failed on picture perfect drive which he seems to have totally forgotten to mention or even post a video.

I already engaged with the bike cop aswell, both parties knew I was armed and had fired multiply shots, Matt lothbrook clearly knows it was me and this is the second time he's tried to stop me, I fired shots at him and the bike cop not to hit or harm but to make them think about chasing me any further, sadly for me this didn't work has I was stopped by matt lothbrook.

On a ending which is nothing with the report but Matt decided to post it anyway. Matt please you claim you gave him high quality medical RP you are the most deluded person I've ever come across you shot me 5/6 times and every time I tried to RP my injures you came back with bleeding stopped airways clear, you refused to engage or acknowledge my RP,  you gave about 2 mins of really poor RP in total and even if you thought I broke a rule its no excuse.

I did not know that you were armed and had fired multiple shots as you did not fit the description of the person who was going around shooting so I'm not sure where that assumption has come from.

And I'm not gonna sit here listening and trying to talk to someone who clearly doesn't know RP and can't tell the truth. Will not be replying to this anymore unless a staff specifically asks me too.

I was the biker unit in this incident. I don't think you've shown it in your clip but prior to it I had made it aware to whoever was on the radio at the time that it was reported that the individual in question was armed, later on Michael Mason was seen around the area and from what I could tell it seemed that we decided to chase him based on him being a suspect of the shooting/crime. So I think it is a bit disingenuous to say that you didn't think or know he was armed.

 
right i've had a chat with another member of staff, just so i had someone to discuss it with.

as for (G7.5) Police Sirens - When the Police put on their sirens lights to pull you over to attend a scene this does not mean RP has been initiated on their point, if you shoot without engaging in RP then this is classed as RDM. No ban will be placed for this simply due to the fact that i don't think it adds anything to this given situation and how it panned out.

though a ban will be placed on @MichaelMasonfor RDM, due to the fact that the supposed warning shots was in my personal opinion not warning shots, as seen in the pics below the first two bullets hit the bonnet of the car(which i would say is fine as you didn't shoot towards the officer in question https://gyazo.com/4e0c64ed2e9bb9ade02b8bcbe6054c35 )
though the shots that came right after mostly was aimed right at the driver window and some the back window aswell, but i would believe that's mainly due to the fact that the vehicle was in motion to go down the hill again.
you then proceeded to shoot towards the AM unit where as the first 2 or so shots was about as close to his head as they could've been without you hitting him, and then you shot a few into the hill he hid behind after.

Overall i feel as the way this shootout started was poor since there was no words said towards anyone.

Michael Mason(38638) will be recieving a 2 day ban following the FBS
