Me and my friend were processing cannabis when this guy comes up to us saying "hands up". Before I can actually do something Masterpuppeteer guy shoots me and Roberto shoots my friend. He only said "hands up" and never something about "don't move" or "stand perfectly still". Even if he did say that my friend never moved and I moved a slight bit because of human reactions. He gave us 2.5 seconds to comply when we had guns in our hands. Oh and initiating on a guy that is already halfway looking towards you and has a gun in his hands seems a bit stupid for me, but whatever.
