We have been patroling in Poseidon lands and came across a guy in a Hemtt doing salt. We attempted to make him stop but he didn´t have any of it so we proceeded to follow him around until we could eventually talk to him. He then decided to park his Hemtt right into the ocean and log out under water to avoid being taken.

I kept an eye out for him for about half an hour but could not see him log back on, so there was not really a way of resolving this.
