Please (in detail) describe the incident: Yesterday it started with this group meech hangs about with they tried kidnapping me and in the past 24hrs they have been calling and texting me saying your not on shit and putting pictures on tweedle of me kidnapped, and pictures of our turf captioned 'no vagos about' today on turf he rang me saying were gonna kidnap you and saying if i pull up is it on sight to shoot me, We had a bit of beef over messages so i told a few of us to hide on turf to see if he comes down so we can deal with him after we gave up a few of us ran to go check the people around turf too see if anyone of them was him he later on sends me a message saying i can see 4 of u running out so we checked every place he could of possibly see us from and no one was to be seen in sight after we gave up i got confirmation that he was watching my mates stream who i was with the whole time (evidence will be below) i tried to talk too meech in teamspeak i asked multiple times in OOC chat for him to come and no response was given so i decided to report him.

I can admit to the watching of the stream as seen in the evidence. We were in fact on the Vargos turf of this time in a bush hiding. It was me and my friend who was watching with binoculars and taking pictures. The Vargos hit the big bank earlier on and I was watching on how well the Vagos dealt with the bank and hostages. This incident had little to no roleplay between each other,  only a couple messages and calls but these were ignited between the kidnapping the other day which Harvey still holds a grudge about. I haven't tried to involve myself for as long as possible with the Vagos after this incident and I'm sorry if it affected anyone in the roleplay. Hope the roleplay can carry on and improve between us and the Vargos.

Also the screenshot doesn't show the reason for TeamSpeak because I was a bit confused, it was a long time after the incident.

I was watching the stream before the roleplay between me and Harvey occurred, when I'm not in the city I tend to watch the streamers of the city. I was watching for entertaining purposes only. I didn't bring anything into roleplay from the stream. I know how these kind of things can ruin roleplay and fun but my intention was to bring more roleplay between me and Harvey. Anything I saw in Broccolis was not used in roleplay. Sorry for any trouble caused.

Within rp i wanted to bring Harvey and the Vargos into a bit more of rp between us. Me and my friends have been having multiple encounters with gangs within the city and are trying to make a name for ourselves. My intention was to bring Harvey into more of our rp as we did kidnap him before.

No not at all. Before when I wasn't in city and was watching the bank robbery of the Vagos and how well they deal with the rp of the bank robbery, I didn't use anything in the stream in rp. The stream has no connection to the rp between me and Harvey. The only reason I was watching the stream was to watch and learn how the Vagos dealt with the rp situation. This won't happen again, I understand the consequence of if the information from the stream was used in rp.
