i was basically driving my off road vehicle and heard nothing but gunshot as i entered the Agios city. I was actually trying to get to garage so that i could take out my truck which i have just been filled it with diamonds which were processed at diamond factory, as i was trying to find a way to get through the garage the guy shot me. I did not even see him; also as he claims that he shot through my direction to warn me -which he didn't as seen in the video- he simply is lying. He was also ridiculously self-assured and claimed he was also recording the situation and when i asked him to come teamspeak -not really asking, quite commanding- he refused to come confidently.

Alright before we get into the initial report I just want to confirm something with you. 

You said in your statement:

So did you store your truck in Athira garage, grab your 4 wheel drive and then drive to Agios to then take the truck out and sell the diamonds at the seller?

Alright before we get into the initial report I just want to confirm something with you.

Yes, i did. Don't know why you are asking but if it is kind of rule break i apologize for that and since this information is not related to the case my only purpose was to make my statement more story-like. I have read the rules for many times and occasionally been in the forum but honestly have not seen any statement of your question as a rule. If it is a rule break; i apologize and won't break it again.

Alright well let's get this one cleared up: 

[SIZE=medium](2.11) Teleporting - Once you have spawned in you are unable to respawn unless you have been killed or are stuck in a position due to a bug (please take screenshots). You cannot respawn to get to another location quicker. Abusing the garage system to teleport goods is also considered teleporting.[/SIZE]

I have read the rules for many times and occasionally been in the forum but honestly have not seen any statement of your question as a rule

If you have read the rules many times can you tell me how you missed this one?
You have spent over 200 hours on our server which gives you more than enough time to read the rules and understand them, when you park your truck in the garage and grab another vehicle to take to Agios after processing your diamonds you aviod any possible RP from people robbing you etc. 
Now as this is a Role-Play server on which you have over 200 hours on I would expect better from you.

Now let's move onto the actual report.

@Conor123 

At 1m51s in you shoot without engaging in any RP, I get you are in a gunfight but at no point did Peter get out of his vehicle or brandish a firearm, when you are in a gunfight that does not mean anyone is involved in the gunfight so you cannot shoot Unarmed Civilains, especially when you never saw him in Agios until the moment where you killed him, can you explain why you actually shot the unarmed civilian in the first place?

This was without his knowing a active gunfight, i dont have proof to back this up but i had been sprayed at a few times from his general direction and as i heard the car i thought he was driving off so i fired, this was completely accidental. I have no intention to RDM and will happily comp as i can see he had nothing to do with the situation. But in my defense my friend had been killed, i had been shot at and hit from his direction so i relatiated.

This was without his knowing a active gunfight, i dont have proof to back this up but i had been sprayed at a few times from his general direction and as i heard the car i thought he was driving off so i fired, this was completely accidental. I understand you were a little 'Trigger Happy' but you must ID your targets before you shoot, if you do not know whether someone is involved then do not shoot them, as you can see in the video there is no evidence that a gunfight even occurred there so there was no way for him to know. 
As you can see he hits a wall and then backs up and goes another way at 1m48s, you then decide to shoot him. 

You also posted in side chat "I am recording everything" and you also say "Don't make fake claims", you saying this makes me believe you don't think you RDM'ed someone which is concerning because he was just simply driving in his car. 
If your friend has just been killed that does not give you the right to shoot anyone in the area, you MUST ID your target and make sure he is clearly involved. 

Conclusion:

@Conor123 As you have not been playing on our server for very long I will be giving you the benifit of the doubt that this is truly accidental and you will be receiving an official warning for RDM/

@Peter Faker As you have admitted to Teleporting your vehicle you will also be receiving an official warning on your account. Do Not abuse the garage feature to transport your goods from one garage to another.
