Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and Mystic saw a lad robbing/holding up officers. We then decided to aid the officers by getting the robber to surrender. Parked my car in the middle of the road and sat in cover. When I then thought he was the most focused on the officers I then decided to run out from my cover and initiate. I issued compliance, he as soon as he heard me turned around and started walking towards me whilst I was issuing compliance. When he then stood right infront of me, I repeadtly told him to holster his weapon and informed him about the consequences if he didn't. I kept sidewalking out of the direction he was pointing his gun. He then, (which you will notice if u watch the video in slowmotion), flicked his crosshair onto me and instantly started gunning me down. Which ended up in us killing each other.

- I haven't resolved the situation with Max, neither have I made a direct attemp to. After the situation I decided to log off, it was late, calling it a night and deal with it tomorrow. However Max hasn't so far today been on ts after the (Late night, early morning incident). (Messaged one of his gang mates to insure, that if he came on without me noticing, they would contact him and say I wanted to speak to him). And now the 24 hours I have got to try and resolve this are running up, as I wont be able to stay up that late again tonight.

We was both in the same position. I got my weapon pointed at you. I was on a police ride along. You DID NOT try and resolve this at all. we both was in the same position. I shot first. If you want compensation that is fine. Also I was on ts and couldn't hear you to much. Very sorry and I feel like this could have been resolved so much easier if you was to actually speak to me.

You initiated on me and I retatliated by shooting you. Tough luck you just seem salty. If you threaten my life and I feel like I can kill you I WILL do so, and anyone else would do aswell

If you start initiation on me and I end up killing you then that's just gg. We both had guns pointed at each other and was in the same position. If you was to kill me in that situation then I wouldn't report you as you held me up. 

I can say now my rp is brilliant as you can ask many players

These players have had great rp with me in general and if I do get banned gg. I play on this server to rp and have fun. To be honest I clearly feel like you are salty and reporting me for a dumb reason. Is it really worth getting a good member of the ALUK community removed from the server for this is my question? Without trying to resolve it aswell!

Hello Max. (Couldn't tag you, currently on my laptop making a minesweeper game for my exam tomorrow :b)

As I state in the report. I would of spoke with you. However I wasn't able to do so, as we haven't been on at the same time. Just to clear that out, this was indeed a final result as the report time of an incident has to be made within 24hours of when it occured. I sat in ts waited from 2 pm to 10 pm (gmt+1) before I then went off, and in that timephrase you didn't come on ts, and therefor not able to speak to you

I am not salty whatsoever, you and I were shortly after the shootout revived, so I haven't exactly lost anything.

I am not stating you're hacking either. What I'm trying to say is, you flicking the aim on me like that instantly starting to gun me down looks fairly inhumane, indeed possible in a game, possible in real life? Well that's my question, the report was afterall about poor / low quality of rp.

Now I see you've got a bunch of friends, stating that you can rp well. All I can say to that is, well that's good, but u made no attempt to rp with me in this case. Turning around running towards whilst I'm issuing compliance? That's the one thing I do not get. Obviously my goal here wasn't to kill you. As stated in the report, I simply wanted to aid the officers making u surrender.

Now you added this, to as if I were the reason we didn't have an rp session in this situation. Calling me out as if I was wrong here. You do realize, that I start to shoot, when u for some reason thought it would be a great idea to turn on me. Not saying anything, just point blank opening fire whilst being held up at gun-point. Poor value of life to say the least. Your decision got you killed afterall

However from what you're saying and to what I'm saying in this reply, we obviously don't agree with each other. So maybe it couldn't of been resolved in a few minutes anyway.

Can we both just say sorry and leave it at that. I settle things like adults and this whole situation seems like a complete fuck up between both of us. I am very sorry and would shake your hand. End of? Sorry for what I have caused.

Well look what happened, police ride alongs are not supposed to carry guns, especially illegal rifles. Although that's a police rule, but still the ride along program exsists for roleplay. You could have roleplayed this a lot better, but I will give you both a chance to attempt to resolve this in teamspeak.

So I've decided to withdraw the report and mark it as resolved. Sadly we weren't able to speak to each other before the report was actually up, but yeah.
