Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and my friend that goes by the nickname Daheb Alamanhey were driving to a crashed car we saw smoke from. We decided to be a bit of an a*hole, so we walked up to the dead man. Explained to the medics that he was DEAD, and shot him in the head to complete our statement. We later on drive away to deposit and withdraw gear from my house. Daheb wanted us to drive back to make sure the medics were not reviving the man. And we came back to see the student in progress to revive him. So we had to make it clear to him again that the man was DEAD. It had not even been over 2 minutes when we returned to the site. And the man was DEAD, there is nothing the NHS could've done to help him.

I did not try to resolve it via teamspeak since i noticed this whilst reviewing the footage later on.

Just a few things,

From my perspective, I saw the man, shoot one bullet at the 'knocked out man', this bullet missed, and I was going to use that as roleplay. After that, I walk away, to investigate a crashed car, which Is when the man unloads more bullets into his head. From my perspective, I did not witness this. I was roleplaying this with the two other guys stood around, which you didn't stick around to hear, as you were just DNR'ing, for no reason.

Secondly, you never even mentioned this to me, or tried to resolve, which you have put, rightly so.

Thirdly, this 'incident' was around 11 days ago, as I believe the logon was of this 2016-04-29 17:55:02.

Fourthly, I believe this guy was not involved in the death of this hobo, and he was placing a DNR over his head, just to ruin the players day, which I did not agree with, any proof against that statement would be appreciated. I thought this was bad rp from your side, which Is why I waited until you had left to begin to revive the man once more. At the time, me and MGlazzard were talking about this in TS.
