Me and my friend Sonder did just come from weed processor area and were headed back towards kavala when we pass 5 hemitboxes coming from kavala. we decide to turn around and follow them to see what they are doing. they pull up at metal export. so we drive up to the hill to check if they are hobos or if they have guns ECT. But we see that our precens makes the People Down there worried. has they turn and start going back to kavala. while going back to kavala the driver (Matthew) of the hemitt in the back decides to do a hard turn to the left to Block ram us. to prevent us from robbing the other trucks. has he say him self while being downed. He sacrefised him self for the others. He also do a small about of powergaming while being downed. by mentioning that the medics are not coming and how far they are away. and when they finaly are on there way he starts telling that they are coming.

We also later have a chat With him on TS(in the end of the video). and we were not going to not report him, has we tought he had learned that it was against the server rules. but in the end he starts saying he would do it again. and we couldnt tell if he was joking or not. has when he said he was joking, it didnt sound convincing. so we would rather leave it up to staff team to decide.

RIP Me. I would really appreciate it if you could talk to me in TS about removing the report. I have gotten the money to refund your gear now. And I am sincerely sorry.

Matt has since contacted me on TeamSpeak. We made it very clear to Matt when we talked to him that we did not care about the gear we lost, we even said we would not report and just let this slip. The reason, which I believe Matt just does not seem to understand, for this report is that he straight out told us he would VDM again to prevent people from robbing him. Even though he said he was joking, it did not sound convincing and considering his attitude the whole conversation, the "I'm joking" is rendered less convincing. If I were in Matt's situation, and actually truly were sorry for breaking the rules on them, I would not sit there and joke about doing it again. Noone would. I've spoken to John Yellow, and we both agree to let the report stand, leaving it to the staff.

And Matt, I've spoken to many people who VDM'd me and resolved the issue. They might have been or not been aware of the rules, but they apologized and that was that. I only ever report people for RDM and if they show no signs that they are sorry. You can search this up. But I've never experienced someone sit there and apologize, just to then tell us they will do it again. If you, as you state in your TS message, care so much about staying here with people you've met, maybe you should think about what you are doing and saying. Its not our fault and you cant blame us if you get banned, thats solely your fault. 

So from me and John Yellow; we'll let the report stand, leaving it up to the staff.

Clear cut case of VDM.
Action Taken against Matthew for (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).
