So, I joined server 2 and recognized a gang there under the tags of TBB. I asked them if I had met them in one of two previous servers in the past. One being **REDACTED** which is still up and running, the other being **REDACTED** which was shut down long ago because one of their admins completely ruined everything.

My intent was not to advertise by all means, but only to catch up with the members of TBB. A mere mention of a name of a server, is not advertising in the least. It's not like I screamed out for the entire server to leave this one and join that one.

After I got kicked the first time, I re-joined the game only to defend myself to the admin. Then I got kicked again.

So I took it to discord to ask what was wrong, only to be met with a disgusting attitude of a member of staff. However I do admit I may have come off as rude myself being a little heated. But after my first comment in the help section of the discord, he instantly threw a permanent ban at me rather than dealing with me.

If this is the attitude your staff team carries, then you will easily drive away many players in your server. Over something that could have been simply spoken about, he decided to throw a ban at me because he didn't wnat to deal with me, even addressed his own poor attitude as a "minor thing".

So all in all, I think you should seriously re-consider having him on your staff team.

Judging from your activity in game around the time this happened, you named other communities in chat (which is something we have zero tolerance for) so as a warning Mattch kicked you from the server, telling you to read the rules. You then joined back momentarily, which is not at all long enough to read our rules.

You’ve also stated the other communities names in this report AND in your appeal, which was subsequently denied. I feel as though you either genuinely have a hard time understanding simple things, or you’re just outstandingly arrogant.

With regards to the discord conversation, as you’ve stated yourself that you “may have came off a little bit rude” by default you must then grant the other party the same judgement.

I personally see no wrong doings from Mattch in discord, however I would invite the staff leads to assess that internally.

All in all, no breach of staff/community regulation.
