I was by kavala church/DD and watched player Gajiin Loco start to piss on player Matt.
then without speaking or anything, player Matt just pulled out a pistol and shot him in the head several times, then ran away with the player downed.
In OOC chat, player Matt did not seem to know the rules.
I admin reported the issue and I think INS Long Beard replied saying he was watching him.
I was live streaming at the time, so my viewer Themicroguy clipped the incident and was apparently waiting in TS with the video but I dont know if this was dealt with.
It is entirely possible that player Matt was banned etc, but since I didnt get a response/confirmation, I am posting this as a follow-up report, in case he was not banned.
Brief Twitch clip is provided for evidence, and includes pretty much everything needed imo, but longer clips can be produced if required.
