Ehm, Excuse me? This was resolved in rebel/police liason room. I'm sure it was Elliot? There was a gunfight between cops and rebels there. Elliot noted down as a police communication error.

You never tried to resolve this with me at all. I've been on teamspeak since 10:30am this morning and recieved No messages from you or other officers.

Actually resolved or not, I am not impressed here...

This report will be continuing. Quite a few violations from all sides that I can see.

If I may put one last comment @Thesoldier

This whole gunfight was originally caused by these cops or another group of cops randomly shooting down one of our guys @Mattt . Never initiated or nothing. We were originally at the weed processing where many cops turned up. Cops sprayed down Mattt and we were told to fire as they've just shot down his car. They were not aiming for wheels as Mattts window was shattering and I'm sure he took damage. Bear in mind that we never initiated or shot any cops before this happened. If @Mattthas a video of these cops randomly spraying down his car for no reason. I'm sure he can post it down. The cop I killed was shooting towards my direction so I killed him in self defense. That was the only cop in the area that I killed.

 
For starters:@PapaSmurphyyou have some explaining to do about that potential metagaming "It's LoV" how did you come to determine that, was it in roleplay?

We took shots with 0 initiation from the police which therefor started this gunfight and I shot to defend my life.

If you have any evidence of this, I would be more than happy to see.

Again this is not acceptable from all sides, and I will be holding members accountable for violations.

Sorry, I thought it was a car you were in. Definetly can see that the PCSO was hitting the helicopter with multiple shots and can hear the helicopters windows being smashed @Thesoldier

I feel that leaving this with a few apoligies the would be the apropriate action, resolving this issue in a friendly way such as this, would be a lot better than getting bans going for a lack of comunication.

 
Here's the fact: Police open up fire to give a helicopter warning shots, when one person could have shot at the front with tracers.  However I fail to see the self-defense argument as they were leaving and driving. I am not impressed, this doesn't give people free reign to start firing left and right, and I saw no roleplay from both sides. This report will continue, and I am awaiting Papasmurphy and Scottish for their sides.

From Mattts point of view and other members we thought that the cops were just unloading on the helicopter and not warning shots as multiple hit the helicopter and the SGT with them even said to @Bosh Balaneythat the PCSO wasn't giving warning shots and was delibrately shooting the helicopter. When I eventually got to where other members were taking shots i took shots and returned in which killed @Scottish

I've come to the following decision

Report Rejected:

Due to police negligence, the rebel gang believed they were initiated on, however there was no quality roleplay from both sides. One officer should have just given the standard 3 warning shots in the front, and 3 shots in the back. However the police decided to open up on the skies in this situation, but even then the police left.

I would have liked to see some roleplay from both sides, but in the end, I am disappointed as there was no roleplay. Also I have gotten many reports of police roleplay and rebel roleplay quality droppling lately (LoV and many other established gangs). Anyone reading this, it will not be tolerated in the future. Baiting/Poor roleplay, are not what is expected on the server.

I spoke to Papasmurphy and determined no metagaming took place.

Everyone take this as a warning.
