I had been talking to a bounty hunter before returning to my car at Kavala PD. Then, a random hobo with a rook runs into PD, goes back to the entrance, turns around and shoots the bounty hunter who was in a greenzone and without initiation. After telling him to come on TS he refused and said "Fuck you"
