Not being funny, I normally try to give people chances, and help them understand the rules but in this situation, the guy was trolling, and prier he was breaking RP in the middle of kavala square, and being racist, unfortunately not recorded.

On a side note and consider this a warning that will remain on record 'I'm actually gonna contact a member of the government to have you deported off the island hopefully' as well as your tirade of expletives that followed that statement after the server went down. In doing this you broke 2 server rules, however I can understand the frustration that dealing with people who consistently break RP during an interaction, though not an excuse for the action. After having a little look through your chat history it supports your earlier statement 'I normally try to give people chances, and help them understand the rules' I also have to say I appreciate the honesty of your evidence and that also factors in as to why this is a warning and not a ban.
