Me and a few friends (onebassplayer,Charl,Rattty) were gathering, processing and selling blood diamonds we were on our second lap of gathering when we were shot at with tracers. I thought he was shooting to kill so i dropped off my VIP (onebassplayer) and his body guard (Ratty) instruccting him to Keep the VIP save and not to fire back at the potential hostile then proceeded to try and establish communication with the potential threat in case he was just an over protective miner. After being shot down and slaughters along with my friend who only had 3 hours in the game and is now very discouraged from playing (while we were both trying to surrender) i went into chat OOC to ask what made him think this was acceptable and the accused stated shooting tracer rounds at us was enough roleplay to justify his actions. I had to leave for work at 1530 so I couldn't make a post until now and admittedly I did get hot tempered and broke character trying to resolve this situation when i realised after being recently unbanned from the game server I wasn't unbanned from the ts so couldn't talk to the shooter before I had to leave so I told him in chat I was just going to make this post and he can communicate to me on here which I understand was wrong and I am sorry (however I didn't have any other possible communication channel and was in a rush for work) I include this part for complete transparency as it doesn't fit in the report i'm trying to make however I don't have another outlet to confess this to and it is relevant to the situation. I also am sorry about the clicking noises of my keyboard and croaky voice as i'm sick and have a loud keyboard.

There is nothing much i can say. I shot tracers at heli so they would go away. Insteady leaving they dropped one armed guy which i killed and heli could be  scouting. I was trying to disable the heli but unfortunately I killed copilot. After heli landed I also killed the pilot because it was active gunfight and i could not determinate if he had a gun or no. I had to act fast so I decided to shoot him because of his actions that he has done. 

2 Players were breaking out of RP talking about RDM and report. But i have only one part of one guy caught on video.

After watching both video provided i have come to my decision.

Martin Friss provided Warning shoots to your helicopter. He gave also you plenty of time to leave the area or land.  The Pilot then decided to drop off the better armed people so they can start to push and return fire. This is seen in your own video at 50 seconds in, when  a bullet splash hits the ground to the right of your helicopter.  Therefore you group had decided to take hostile action against someone who had ONLY fired warning shoots.  You then continued to fly at Martin Friss in your helicopter after you had received warning shoots and had time to leave or land.  He then killed the copilot and then yourself shortly after.  He then continued to push and kill your remaining friends who were shooting at him.

So the important parts to walk away with from this are.

1- Martin Friss you fired warning shoots, However they are meant to be fired at the front and rear of the helicopter and not to the sides.
2 - William you decamped 2 well armed members of your party on the ground. Who then continued to push up towards the Hemmets locations firing as they go.  At no point did you have the right to start firing as you had only received warning shoots.
3 - At the end of Martin Friss video you can clearly hear Ratty breaking RP. This is a clear break of rule 2.8 and he will be receiving a warning for it.
