Please (in detail) describe the incident

We were following a pickup that had kidnapped our friend down the main highway, when the pickup went round the devils bend by the gas station it hit a spike strip, the guy we were chasing unlocked the car and ran away, my friend also got out of the vehicle we circled the factory a couple of times then found him at his truck. He ran into the gas station where we also discovered a 3rd party, we told them that they didnt need to worry as we were after someone else. My friends told the man for the 10th time since the start of the the incident to stop running, put your hands up etc., he carried on so my friend shot him in the leg, he still carried on running so he was killed. This is when the 3rd party started shooting everyone for no reason with no initiation. One of my friends (congo) was the only person that returned fire everyone else was gunned down, as you can see 2 of them were unarmed and one of the unarmed people were sat in a vehicle. Tomko then ran up to congo and tried to execute him with a AKM without saying a word.

We were robbing the gas station when one offroad got disabled on our spike strip. I ran towards the offroad, there were 2 men inside. One hobo and one half hobo.
I told them to step out of the vheicle otherweise leathal force is going to be used against them. They got out of the offroad and after that one hobo ran away and one was standing still.
I told him that this trap wasnt meant for them and i told him to leave the area. I got to my position and the guy came back to me and said that i should leave becouse his friends are coming.
I repeated myself multiple times with - Leave the area now, it wasnt meant for you. Few seconds after that probably 2 cars came to the Kore fuel and started to scauting around, they were probably
looking for the other guy, but they were coming my way and they checked my spot, where the "hostage" saw me last, right before his friends came.
After that they went to Kore fuel and my friend reported me that he is still there and he has initiated. After first gun shot we heard we started shooting becouse we were thinking our friend is still in there.
I really dont know why he shot unarmed men. Probably he was scared and in stress or something, cant tell. And i want to apologize for that.

After this "RDM" happend we met on TS but situation was not resolved becouse Tomko  wasnt online anymore. He had to go. We agreed on that we will try to resolve it next day but that never happend, I asked them multiple times for the video but they just uploaded it right before report. I was willing to compensate the loses only if i make sure it was  our fault (I have not mentioned that when we were on TS). As shown in video, you can see above his (Tomkos) character sign "speaking" We heard him on TS initiate but seems like you could not hear him in game. He was probably in another voice channel and the guy in the vid. Nobody who said its okay, there is no need to worry was also in vehicle channel.

I was trying to get in touch with them on TS, they dont have any room. Only possible way to comunicate with hem was in game via PM.

Why should we wait because your friend did not want to deal with the mistakes he and you made before he went off you can clearly see us telling him to come to team speak then he went off I won't waste my time because your friend did not want to come to TeamSpeak. So, I said it depends on how my friends feel because they were RDM as well. It won't matter as the video shows you made no communication with us what’s so ever when you shot us. I told one your friend we are just after the hobo it's okay for him to leave he was safe we was not here for you. So, he knew we was not here to causes trouble with you guys it shows it on video. I have no messages that says come on team speak so you did try to contact me so who did you try to contact please give me a name. I would not shoot unless I know 100% my friend is in there with them and is safe or in trouble even then i was tell him to say my friend has guns and they are all over this place and thats if he is in trouble. Not shoot stright away because i think he is trouble. The guy we shot was for a reseon as he was making rude comments to my firend and we told him to stop running so or we will shoot as he went into the green zone then we said you can't run in a goverment zone you can get in trouble for that then he got into a car and kidnap our friend thats why we was chasing him but that is another story I have to talk to the staff about.

 
As i said before, we were planning to go off right after the "operation" It was very late that evening, well early morning. We also agreed to deal with it next day. 
The thing is, not everyone is looking into chat. Its better to message someone via PM, becouse then they know you want something from them. I am not paying attention to any chat, only from time to time. My friendy neither do. I was asking Sydney? Via PM if the vid is up so we could continue. I did get few answers but i did not get any answer for my last 2 messages. I pmed only player named Sydney, if thats his/her name, becouse i only remember that name. Also video shows you talking in vheicle chat so noone could hear you in game as well. And if my friend would die in the gas station he would not be able to talk to me becouse that would be meta. Ik it was my mistake to not ask him if he is fine. We heard him on TS to initiate, thats why we started shooting. But he probably said it in wrong channel like you did.

 
Okay fair enough but don't give you reseon to shoot did it? We did not break the rules doing that we did not threaten you we did not shoot at you for no reseon did we?

One if your team mates tried to excute my friend it is in the video it shows him running up to him trying to excute him and runs away.

I already explained. I was shooting, cuz we heard my friend initiate and we thought that our friend is in danger. Yes, there were 2 unnecessary kills. I already apologized for that but i am repeating myself once again. I was waiting for the vid to be up, so i could see what happend from your point. I had no visual on the situation after i got hit.

 
With out no role play whats so ever.

But again why would you shoot if you are not sure do you have comunication with your team at all time because I do I make sure if I don't know where is my team mate and I think he is in trouble I'll try and contact him in group channel and on discord if no reply I'll look for him try and scout for him. Then if I do see him in trouble then I will take action that won't get me in trouble.

 
How about the bit where you try and excute one of our team mate by the SUV explain that with out role play. 

"Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together. " We was not in a gun fight you gunned us down only one person returned fire and I did not have a gun.

If I knew I might have a chance of messing up in that roleplay or somone said I RDM them come to teamspeak I will go not matter how tried i am just to make it right with them so they know i am not putting it off.

 
I cant explain that. He just tried to, to see if it works. Thats what he said. He is new to thoose things, but it will take some time till he gets to point when he is able to deal with any situation. Everyone had to start somewhere. Rules wont teach you everything.

+ He didnt know that it was "RDM" in that point. He went back to base and he had to go off. And not everyone can go to TS and talk about what happed at 4AM. I told you on ts that we are not putting it off as you mentioned. I gave you an option that we could deal with it next day. Vid got up at 6.1 at morning. So you were kind of putting it off by delaying upload of the video. Ik that editing might take some time but you had more than enough time to do that. After i had no answers to my messages i thought that you do not want to deal with it anymore.

He did. Me either, any of my friends did c: As i said, he is new and he made a mistake. You wont become professional after you read rules. It takes some time.

 
Yes but I made mistakes and the only way I learnt from it I got punished from it and i can't really have my imput in it my team amtes got RDM this is there imput as well we think it clearly says you can't just excute somone and when youu guys just ran away you could of called the NHS or police or even got defib and it would of ended there. but you ran away then one of the guy that RDM us didn't show up on TS because he was too tired it is annoying because now i had to buy all my stuff again now i don't have money in game so I have to go on runs again just to top me back up this is the third time this happen to me in a month and one time I had no proof you see my point why i'm so angry you should not tell him to fire until you tell him to or you tell him when it is right to fire. 

 
So, i did send a dispatch to police that they should take care of you + he just tried to execute someone, he did not actually execute anyone. And i have never said that he was tired, he had other reasons to go off. At the vid your gear does not look that expensive. You can get that in few mins. I told you multiple times that I am willing to ''compensate'' what you lost after I watch the vid and make sure that fault is on our side. Video was uploaded few hrs. before report. You have not even tried to contact me or my friend at the next day that we were suposed to talk about it once again. I have at least tried. To me it seems like you just want us to get ''punished''.

Yes my gear is not expensive but my friends had expensive gear on them so i was not worried about you paying me it's my friends i am worried about okay and no I said to my firends if you just get a warning and you pay for me and my two other friend gears then we will have no problem becuase lets not forget you done somthing wrong I don't want to see a ban but if you are making up story that he was too tired to come on then why should i make the effort of waiting until you are ready to talk about this I met you half way by showing up on team speak your firend didn't. No more talking if you want to talk come to team speak and we will try and solve it before staff member commecnts on this post

 I have not noticed your reply. Feel free to text me on ts any time. I am usually online from 15:00 to 24:00. You can find me there almost every day. Still cant understand why you could not text me next day. And the ''story'' was not made up. He had to go. Cant you understand that? Wont tell you the reason becouse its personal. And he was not tired.
