This could have easily been sorted in a liaison but I see we are here wasting everyone's time with a report. In this case, I feel the only reason you have placed a report is because you're not happy you lost a situation, but none the less I will entertain it with a single response and then allow staff to do their thing as I don't feel the need to continue entertaining petty reports.
To start with I'd like to remind you of the following:
"Any clips must include 3-5 minutes of
unedited footage before the alleged rule break occurs so staff can gain some idea of context and lead-up." which is stated clearly in the guidelines for any player report here -

On that note, I would like to state that I feel as though your clips have been cut extremely short in order to miss out a lot of the context here (17 and 13 second long clips). For the benefit of any staff that review this report I will clearly outline the context below.
The fight with Cutlass started at approximately 1am at Legion Square (disregarding the time General spent flying above Grove turf as this didn't result in a fight). During this fight 2 Cutlass were downed (General & Mono) and their bodies were taken from the bridge and put on the floor where we were set up. There was minimal back and forth in regards to gunshots as all Cutlass did was drive up and down the roads. During this time, a heli (presumably Cutlass) dropped off 2 members onto a roof and flew away after crashing a few times. Whilst these members were on the roof (which we now know 1 was you), and we knew they were stuck, a secondary heli flew over (a pink one) in an attempt to pick them up. My question here is, who was flying that heli? We have a feeling it was not Cutlass but a member of the community not involved who was asked by Cutlass to attempt to get their members off their roof as per this ooc message from ID 926:

It seems that they weren't informed they were flying into an active gunfight as instructed by Cutlass members and ended up being shot and killed by Thiago Cruz. The reason I mention this is due to the teaming rule and would like a staff members opinion.
Some time later (approximately 2:10am) I am shot by yourself out of the heli. I land on the floor and was quickly taken to Pillbox. Once I was out of the bed, I stuck around Pillbox for around 10 minutes as I did not want to drive straight back through the gunfight. I decided to go back to Grove turf and get back to Mega Mall at about 2:30am. Not long after I get back on Mega Mall, my gang had decided to come back to turf and regroup as our heli was being chased by a Cutlass heli and multiple cars needed repairing etc. During this time I stayed on Mega Mall and didn't get involved until the Cutlass heli chose to fly over Mega Mall and start shooting at everyone on the roof so I returned fire as the aggressor (in this situation Cutlass) had forced me back into the combat situation.
As I had been forced back into the situation already by Cutlass, I still waited on Mega Mall away from the initial fight in Legion for around 10-15 minutes when Grove members got chased/or were chasing a Cutlass member to Ballas turf where another small fight broke out. It was during this time, after that fight, that I got a car and drove to Pillbox to take some of our downed members and then another fight had broken out at Pillbox. The surrounding area of Pillbox had been left by Grove members for a solid 15 minutes before this secondary fight in that location. I drove all the way to Cutlass turf after this and circled around to around MRPD/The Kraken where we were quickly made aware of Cutlass' presences. This is where the largest fight broke out leading with all Cutlass members present being downed. We had chosen to quickly gather all of the Cutlass bodies and downed Grove members and headed straight to Sandy Medical away from the City. We put our members in Sandy Medical and took the Cutlass members to the dodgy doctor. At the dodgy doctor there was myself along with 3 other Grove members ready to get Cutlass bodies up. Before we could defib anyone Mono came around the corner and shot at myself Erik, downing Erik. Moments later Boofy, Kilo and another unknown Cutlass member made their presence known by running around the corner and shooting at us - all 3 being downed. General was also the last Cutlass member to arrive at the scene shooting Grove and was also downed. I question 1 how these Cutlass members knew where we were and 2 how long it had been since they were last incapacitated?
Again, I feel as though this could have easily been resolved in a liaison but you chose to bring it straight to the forums which is well within your rights but imo a waste of everyone's time. I won't be entertaining this further as I have said all I need to say. If staff have any questions for myself I will be happy to answer them.
