Please (in detail) describe the incident
A man is seen charging full speed towards us in a red SUV. At the last moment, the player can be seen to change seats in the vehicle which seems to stop the VDM script working. The majority of the people are then squished by the SUV as the VDM script isn't working.
Once the car stops moving, the player is seen body glitching my inventory, and successfully gaining a Vermin + ammo, a 4-5 + ammo and a CTRG Carrier Rig and attempts to kill the survivors.
Finally, the evidence showing that it was this specific person is displayed in the screenshot, which was taken shortly after the incident saying "EZ KILLS".*

P.S, the salt in the video is real!
P.P.S, the glitching through the wall at the beginning of the video was unintentional. The goal was to find hiding spots around the square. Promise!
