I just got revived, and these 3 guys come by and order me out of my car. They tell me to put my weapons down, but when i was asking why, i got knocked out immediately. When I wasnt knocked out anymore, one of them tell me to drop my weapon and dont move, while im laying down. I saw that as an initiation, and I shot back. When 2 of them died, the guy I first shot, shout: "All is fine, I got your name, I will report, Nicolay Newton, Nicolay Newton". I then leave the area. Afterwards I ask them to visit me in TeamSpeak through chat, but I never got any answar. It should also be said, that I had a mask on the whole time, therefore they "should not" know my name.

I just want to explain why I shot. They knocked me down, and that is harming me. I see it as if they fired a bullet at me. In the situation I didnt think a conversation was possible at all. If I would have done anything else myself, then I would have died.

You can clearly see that we did wat we had to do and we forgot zip ties, we knocked him cuz he pulled gun on my friend and he warned him to put it down. my friend just overreacted cuz he ragular to servers that have fearRP. but you can clearly see we behaved properly.

Sonder, I unfortunately deleted the rest of my recording, when I made the clip. But nothing big happened before. As said in the report, I was getting revived, when these guys pulled up. They came over and started to ask stuff like: "Is he gonna be ok?", "what happened?". When I got up and the medic left, they asked how much my jeep costs and that they wanted to buy it. Nothing was wrong at this point. When we were standing by my car, a police chase drives by, and I say something like: "Lets go follow that", "lets go see whats going on". I then get in my car and unlock it so they can get in, but then they begin to order me out (where the video begins)... As seen in the video, I show that I am confused about the whole situation. I then pull my gun for self protection and ask: "Why, why", because I wanted to know what was going on. When I got knocked down, I was still trying to talk to them, by saying: "I hope that was a fail/mistake". I dont have to repeat, that it wasnt "fine" at all.

Because we cannot know what happened beforehand prior to this video, and since you've confirmed that there WAS some sort of RP prior to the video, I am not going to action anything about the part where you get knocked out. However, after you retaliated and killed Rewind he threathens to report you, breaking rule 2.8. Because of this I will action a ban for him for said rule, aswell as put a warning for Metagaming (Rule 4) for him calling out your name when you killed him. The reason I do not action a ban for that is since I cannot know for sure if you gave out your name in the RP prior to this.

Also, I am also going to warn you for Fail RP (7.1.3). This is because during this video, when they try to rob you, all you really said was "Why, why, why?", when after they had knocked you out, and once you get up you spray down the 3 people there, where 2 of them were robbers and 1 person was an un-armed civilian. I would like to see you attempt to provide more roleplay back.
