Stopped by the group of people demanding 0 which I did not have (I just respawned), took me into their house took my clothes. They let me out then I turned around asked for my clothes back. According to them on ts I was being annoying and from what I can tell, thats their reason I believe that was not a valid reason, I admit (my mic was not recorded for some reason) that I said I have my go pro out right now which they said was fail RP but I learned my mistake and wont repeat that. The guy who shot me was a hobo who they gave a gun to, to my knowledge. What annoyed me the most is that they thought getting a hobo to shoot them would make them get away with it, during the talk in ts in the end one of them said, 'Oh we didn't rdm anyway the hobo killed him didn't he.'

Any other Evidence, with better audio especially where Mafiaman can be heard talking?

And then with the socalled go pro cam on yourself?

I ask myself are some people here to record other people RP and try to get them banned when the RP isn`t going there way?

Do they need permission a (Valid reason), to kill you?  What I witnessed is they are RPING with you, If your being a nuisance towards them I recommend you going a different direction.

The audio seems perfectly understandable to me, I used shadowplay and unfortunately it did not record my microphone i have looked on the settings and it doesn't even have it there, I do not know why. Before I was shot I said  what gang I was in and then they all went crazy then afterwards I said, 'why are you going to kill me ive complied with everything you have told me to do' then the response was 'cus ur annoying, kill him kill him!'. 

How shadowplay works is that its always recording the last 5 mins of my game, i press a button and it saves it, this is what i did when i got shot. what do you mean by the rp isnt going my way? 

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order.

I had complied with every order they gave me as you can see yourself, if i disobeyed them earlier why didnt they shoot me? Because I didnt disobey them. 

What kind of rp was that, put your hands up or ill kill you when you get up. I got up, put my hands up and no further instructions were given to me.

Ok so let's get some things clear. We were trying to Roleplay in Kavala , whenever someone past we asked 100 dollar from them as a tax and if they couldn't give it we asked if they could come inside the house (when he came inside the house he started saying I have go-pro so be careful), than we asked him to remove his clothes and than he could leave again. Also the guy you call a hobo who we gave a gun, not true, He joined us during the roleplay and he already had a gun, he was helping us with the tax stuff.

I believe that this is it what happened before your video, or at least this is most of it.

Also you said that :" What annoyed me the most is that they thought getting a hobo to shoot them would make them get away with it ", but during your video you can hear me say :"But I want to kill him".

 
If you read my comment this was while I was talking to them on ts just as i was about to leave. I guess I should have been recording ts too.

I added to my knowledge to the hobo with a gun to highlight the fact that I was not 100% sure that is what you did

Rejected For the following reasons.

1) The video needs to be " We request your video evidence show at least 3-5 minutes leading up to the situation. "  

2) We need to hear your audio to understand the full situation within RP.

In future if you wish to report someone (And please only do it as a last resort) we need a clear video of the situation.
