Poor/Low Quality RP - RDM.

Majed killed me with poor initiation. As you see in the evidence, I am buying a gun therefore I am unable to hear him. He told me he was new to RPUK (However he plays on other roleplaying servers) so I understand why he didn't realise that was a thing however, his initiation was only 10 seconds and there was no need to hurry his initiation since I did not oppose a threat, he knew I was doing something and at the end he was counting down. In my opinion, this is extremely poor initiation since he didn't even let me say a thing/communicate to him having full knowledge I was buying stuff. We went to another team speak (Because he is IP banned off ts.roleplay.co.uk) I spoke to him there.

man i initiated on him and waited some fair time for him to put his hands up i said sir place your hands on your head otherwise you gonna be shot then i waited i siad come on buddy place it up then i said im gonna countdown to 5 then im gonna shoot you if you dont put your hands up but that is not my problem that is server problem because when you buy guns you cant hear any sounds and that should be removed because i had no clue he couldent hear me and i was initiating then i saw him buying gun then i thought he just gonna buy a gun and then kill me so i shot him

Even though I was no responding since I had no idea you were there, why could you not just knock me out? Secondly, why did you not try to role-play with me? You clearly didn't want my gear since you had no where to store it + you engaged on me with death if I did not comply. What was the purpose of you killing me? From my perspective, there was 0 role-play from my end and killing me was unnecessary. Even though I did buy a gun (which didn't even get reloaded) that doesn't necessarily mean I pose a threat.

i thought he could hear it i just wanted him to do it fast to seize his communication and put him in my heli count downs makes your brain works faster and he would do it faster because i wanted to do it fast so his clan mates dont reach soon

Hey Majed. I would just like to say that I am always on team speak/active in game if you ever need to contact me.

Here is the requested video. I have simply cut it off when I land at BMD since that is when the situation started - I guess. I have also muted certain parts of the video. I am not tampering with evidence, this simply because I wanted to mute certain parts of team-speak. I have un-muted certain parts to clarify that nothing was said in game. You will also see me turn around and Majed is not there. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. 

I've got no idea why all of a sudden the video zooms in! But I don't think it affects anything. I have also seeded up certain parts, since it takes forever to upload a YouTube video in my house!

So, I have come to the decision that there is no possible way that you could of given any type of High quality RP if in the space on 10 secs just under half of it is filled up with a count down.  It is well known that when you are in the weapons menu you can not hear.  Further more you could of done so many more things like knock him out. This would of taken him out of the buy menu and then you could of started talking to him.
From what you have written in your defense shows a clear lack of understanding of the rules.  I dread to think of how many of encounters you have had like this. 

You will be banned for breaking (2.2) RDM and (7.1.3) Fail RP Saying  (10) Advertising.

This is not High Quality RP and you will be banned as a result of it.

Also i will be adding advertising to your Ban as i have just looked at you chat logs and see you sharing another communities TS in Direct chat.  If you are banned from our TS place an Appeal not seen another communities TS.
