Please (in detail) describe the incident
Whilst patrolling on server 1 I hopped out the vehicle to ask a guy who was in the middle of the road to move, whilst out the vehicle (with my student still inside the vehicle) a hobo by the name of Main stole the vehicle and then drove the vehicle into the ocean by the police station in Kavala. My student inside the vehicle told him multiple times out of roleplay that what he was doing was against server rules and yet after being told he still proceeded to dump it in the water in what I presume to also be an attempt to kill the medic. Also, the theft of the vehicle occurred inside Kavala green-zone.
