I was following this quilin and i tried to get an intiation off... I'm not to sure if they heard me hence why i didn't try to disable the vehicle, They pull over and so do I and I talk to them to try to see if they heard what i said. they procced to say "put your hands up or you will be shot" I get in my car and start to drive away. You can hear 2 different guns shoot me at the start and the people in question decided to lie about shooting me.

Do you have any evidence that it is actually Mahmed Pakkabaggen in the video? 
I can clearly see jasonh there. but the other player his identity is unknown.

I deleted the video due to disc space being full so i can't fully prove that it was him but he was the one that killed me at the end of it.

 
Since your video do not prof who was the one shotting this report is rejected
