I just left my gang base and heard a heli near the drug dealer so I thought ill go and check it over I saw it was a hellcat with one armed guy so I decided to auto hover over his so he couldn't get away then I saw him jump out of the hellcat so I decided to land the orca and go to talk to him he then ran behind the building so I jump into the hellcat starting up the heli then he runs out and shoots me without saying anything sorry about the keyboard and breathing xD had to keep all the audio in

Hello, I am Magnus.

I had just gotten back to my chopper and was ready to do some clam runs when you came hovering above my chopper with your Orca not allowing me to fly off. It became clear to me as I wasn't born yesterday that you had no good intentions and that you probably weren't alone. I realized time was off the essence and jumped out of my chopper and pulled out my weapon to make you realize I was armed and would be dangerous trying to rob me. I didn't have any tracer rounds, so I tried to make you fly off by shooting my weapon into the sky. You landed and I saw you jump out with a rifle. I quickly ran into cover knowing you had no good intentions. Then I hear you starting up my chopper so I quickly run back to make sure you don't steal it. I shoot you while you were sitting inside of it (on my screen) because I thought you were about to take off. I did not hear any of the attempts you made talking to me, and from your video I can't hear my attempts talking to you either..

Anyway, i'm pretty sure the situation you and your friend did qualifies as baiting, let me quote the baiting rule.

(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

Besides I don't see where the quality RP is in blocking someone off then afterwards jumping into their chopper and getting ready to take off. I'd be happy to engage in RP had you landed like any normal person and talk to me instead of showing your clear hostile intensions, which I am sure some people can confirm.

@George794 - Please provide a video with game audio so we can actually hear what happened.  For all I know, he initiated on you perfectly fine and without being able to hear anything I can't confirm nor deny what happened.
