Kenzo swore at a driver then him,Madouire and Alfie walked up to the hospital area at which point they turned around and mugged me. Alfie started a countdown telling me to put my hands up while I was unarmed then after robbing me Madouire started a countdown then shot me in the head while I still had my hands over my head. As you can see later in the video I am revived by the EMT and I only lost £21 but the roleplay was bad to non-existent in this situation.

Hello  [LA] Pvt. Philip, I am sorry for this inconvenience, I am the player Kenzo and I would like to alert that myself, alfie and madourie are all pretty new to Arma 3, we have only recently just bought the game, we have already talked to an admin for our role playing and we are improving it. From the video in my eyes we did give you at least 5 seconds to comply with us (I know it was short) and which you kept silenced, if you would of responded "wait" it would have made the situation easier for us to handle. Now on we are all much better on at role playing and you will not find us in any unfair/fail to rp, situation again. Once again I apologize for this inconvenience.

Another point to mention is, we have stopped the countdown when we are robbing people.
