We were tailing a HEMMT box we saw in Agios, after realising it was doing Iron we decided to follow the man and planned to rob him.

After arriving at the metal exports we began to set up, immediately the man seemed agressive as he was pointing a gun at our friend on the hill.

We did not want a gun fight, but we were being precautious and were making sure the man lowered his weapon before we began to talk about the contents of his truck. Hence when the initiation came from one of my gang members, we did not threaten his life. Merely the tyres of his vehicle.

Without saying anything he ran behind his truck and did not allow due time for us to react, before shooting my friend.

To me this is a prime example of RDM and fail/poor RP.

Following this we did indeed ask Dragos to TS, however in OOC he claimed he did nothing wrong, and had nothing further to say. He deemed it acceptable to ruin roleplay.

I was the one that was killed, I also have a video from my perspective if needed, although I feel Lukens evidence is sufficient.

Dragos you were told to put the gun down and to not get into the truck or your tires would have been shot. However I can see the confusion here. You sorted made a threat on his life but not really at the same time. Make it clear next time if you are threatening someone's life.
Dragos will be given a warning for this really poor situation and please do not proceed with this behavior in the future cause it was a close call for me.
