Was scanning the weed processing site to rob some people of their cannabis with my friend when we saw a Tempest truck and a Hemtt. I saw a person running towards me and then disappear behind a bush and then suddenly got shot at and was killed. No roleplay was initiated and there was no reason for me to have been killed.

Why does your video not show how it all started? You clearly say in the video some kind of interaction has been had. And why did you not try to resolve it? @aCzyl

 
I started recording only at that time. During a part of that video there is dust infront of me when I am laying down by a tree which came from the Hemtt which we believe was theirs. Before that we landed a chopper down the bottom of the mountain and climbed our way up behind those trees.

I heard someone saying something for around 1 second that sounded like 'shutup', possible in side chat or something else.

I did not try to resolve it as I did not think about resolving it until I had wrote the report. I have never reported anyone as I have been on the server for around 3 weeks and am therefore quite inexperienced with what to do in this sort of situation. I was recording as I had learnt, from previous occasions, to provide evidence when something has happened.

You can also hear in my video that I am communicating with Gusten and he asks several times if he is allowed to shoot, so Gusten is obviously not trying to RDM I was the one initiating and I told Gusten he could fire because he was sniping from a distance. I don't understand how he couldn't hear me when I got pretty close. After this happened my video clearly shows that he type in OOC Chat saying "You told us to shutup or something" and he also said you initiated for like 3 seconds. So he obviously heard me but in his video I can't hear myself at all. I also asked him to come to our Teamspeak channel but there was no reply and then shortly after he logged off. We could have resolved this in teamspeak and I would of compensated you because off my bad initiating but Gusten only shot because I said yes you can shoot.

Yh when I said you initiated for like 3 seconds, i presumed it was when I heard someone say 'shut up' for like 1 second. I did not hear you tell us to drop our guns

Even if i had admitted him to have initiated, it would still surely count as RDM as i was not in range to hear him and therefore there was no roleplay

 
Well when I asked you to come to our teamspeak channel to sort this why didn't you come? If you showed me your footage I would have compensated you straight away because Gusten thought I had initiated and I told him he could shoot. He didn't do anything wrong, It was my bad initiating that made this happen so I would of gave you 100k 200k whatever you paid for your gear and could have sorted this.
