Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were at Azteca turf attempting to kidnap Luna. While trying to apprehend her she chose to ignore the multiple firearms pointing at her and demanded to put her hands up instead she took her gun out and attempted to shoot. This is clear NVL and forced the Roleplay to go one way.

Hi,

Firstly, I do wish you had tried to resolve this through other means instead of going straight to the forums as I feel this could have been sorted before it got to this point.

I had been sorting out what was in my cars at chapel and planned to log off afterwards, and I haven't seen many cutlass in the last month or so so I wasn't necessarily 'on guard' and thinking about the possibility of getting held up at gunpoint. I knew that some Azteca's were going out robbing in random outfits so the initial reaction to the masks was not to suspect it as a threat as in the past we have joked about holding each other up. I didn't see that it was cutlass initially as 1 was out of colours and the other had a red mask and black cutlass top with a small red c which isn't easy to see on initial glance. The moment I realised it was cutlass and it wasn't a joke, there was only one person in cutlass colours and the other one blacked out which was not known to be cutlass and was initially behind the vehicle. As far as I knew, there was only one cutlass trying to hold me up and there were also multiple cars as cover to block their line of site. On top of this, I was also next to Azteca block and I knew there were other Azteca's around so I knew I had backup nearby. 

I would also like to point out the low level of rp I received during this encounter. You repeatedly said 'hands up, hands up, hands up', with no other interaction, demands, anything. To me, there is low effort and low quality of rp here which contributes to why I didn't take it serious at first- I wouldn't expect that low quality of rp from someone who is actually trying to rob me.

Taking all of this into consideration is why I pulled my gun out and took the chance.

i was the other person with benz , firstly we did try to resolve it with you but you did ignore it , secondly your'e saying it was low level of rp , while all u did was running around and pulling ur gun while there multiple guns pointing at you , if you did put ur hands up the rp would be very different , but you chose to nvl and take the rp this way,



And i would like to add a point , it doesn't matter if there's one black out or no in this situation , as long as there's two guns pointing at you , then there's a complete disadvantage here ,if im was the only one in color it doesn't mean ure only 1v1 , and even if your'e next to the azteca block common sense says that you should play time or wait till someone sees u and call for help , not just get a gun out and shoot, till help reaches you you would be dead anyway.

One last point , I would just like to clarify at 0.6 in the clip why  was you saying " im being grabbed mate " or something like that with no phone or radio in your hand

Just want to point out I didn't see the ooc message and if I did then I would have gone to discord to discuss it with you so that's my bad.

You're really clutching at straws, in the clip I said 'what's your fucking problem' because as stated before I didn't think this was an actual attempt at kidnapping/robbing/killing me. I was saying that to the person in red as at the time that was the only person I saw and didn't know it was a serious situation.

Now I do appreciate there were two of you however, I didn't see the blacked out guy until the situation had unfolded.

(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
Personally, I don't think that a 2v1 is me being clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage, especially when the person who was blacked out was behind the car originally and after, he was still behind me and failed to make his presence known.

You can see me running around initially before you turn up, so the comment about me giving no rp and running around to me is also clutching to straws- I was minding my business sorting my stuff, running back and fourth between each vehicle and in between the two apostles who I was speaking to moments before so the running around was happening before you showed up.

When initially I saw the C on the back of the top, he was the only person I saw. I tried to pull my gun out and roll but I didn't manage to get my gun out hence why I jumped before and then rolled and tried to retaliate.

As you have just tried to accuse me of metagaming, It is clear to see the intentions of this report, and as a result I will no longer respond unless a member of staff needs me to.

Accusation: a charge or claim that someone has done something illegal or wrong.

There is big difference between accusation and asking you to clarify what you said there , that’s why i said “ or something like that “ because your voice was not clear at the moment and just wanted to know what you said .

And for the nvl part you said you didn’t see the other person while in the clip you can clearly see that the second person was pointing the gun at you before u even get ur gun out

@luna williamshas been reported for NVL. This is a 2 to 1 scenario where Luna is also equipped with a  firearm. I'm unsure as to how you feel this clearly outnumbers her or puts her at an obvious disadvantage. Time and time again players are reminded to stop ruleplaying and it feels like this is what is happening here.
