Please (in detail) describe the incident: 1st thing i would like to talk about is the RDM:

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM.

Me and of few other 229 members were out blacked out helping some Lost mc members by taking them pillbox and dropping them off somewhere safe afterwards.

After waiting at pillbox for them to get up i dropped one of the lost members off at police impound so he could log off
(unfortunately my clip only starts from here onwards)
once I dropped him off i got a call on radio From KC saying "gekz is being chased by aztecas" so i decided to head towards the lost compound from mirror park and there is where i see multiple blacked out people in cars and on bikes so i drove past to get out of there as quick as i can, they started to chase me then with no words said they decide to shoot my tires out then one car decided to point a gun at me and that's when i shot the one person in the car and got shot from behind.

The 2nd thing i would like to talk about is the teaming side of my report:

The reason i am reporting for teaming is because from what i am aware "luna" (the person i shot and the person who shot my tires) is not on the Azteca f6 meaning she should not be able to help with anything such as gang beefs etc, im not sure if she has got a clearance from staff so she can help the Aztecas or anything.
i have checked the groups discord too see if she has any Azteca roles and she has not so that's why im surprised she was even there

unfortunately i only have a 2 minute clip and understand if it gets denied due to that.

Regarding the RDM, 229 had been seen prior in red vehicles shooting at me and the Aztecas, so when we see a red bike with someone blacked out radioing in, we've responded to this by chasing them. I was the first to pull up to you and I went to try and confirm who you were to which you responded by shooting me. I did not shoot out your tires or shoot at all for that matter.

In regards to the teaming, I do not see this as teaming because to my understanding, the teaming rule is to prevent gangs from working together against other gangs.

Chasing me wasn't the problem, the part im talking about rdm was the shooting of my tires, u did not say a word to me before shooting my tires, which would be classed as rdm. You say you didnt shoot my tires out but your the only car around the corner when my bikes tires get shot? please explain this to me.  i personally think it was very poor on your behalf with you all being experienced within this server and I'm sure if this happened to you, you wouldn't be very happy either

the teaming rule is to prevent gangs from working together against other gangs.

if this is the case then why would hangabouts that are not on the f6 not be allowed to come to gang fights?  

as there is no official teaming rule that we can read on the rules page its hard to talk about this, but i am pretty sure that if your not on the f6 you cannot come to gang fights/beefs or anything like that but small things such as: robbing etc im pretty sure you can do if you're not on the f6, would appreciate if staff could correct me if I'm wrong

Also, what were you doing fighting alongside Aztecas? Is this a common thing to do when a "beef" kicks off?

The teaming aspect of this report has been resolved in a ticket and no longer to be discussed. Will await footage from Luna regarding her POV.

Thanks for the quick responses.

I do not have any footage and I did not shoot at all during the situation. The evidence that has been provided does not show the full situation or any context that I feel is crucial in this situation as this context completely changes the context of the clip. All I did was simply chase a red bike that had been called out and potentially seen earlier, chase it to see who it was as we had our suspicions it was someone who was involved in the situation at hand, to which I met you and you shot me.

No worries! Unfortunate, but it is what it is.

However, if the video is true to what actually happened and that there was no prior RP between you and a guy on a red bike. I personally wouldn't open fire on them, you may have a suspicion as to who it is but you aren't 100%. That is all I will say due to the lack of footage, RDM claims must be 3-5 minutes prior to the initial rule break occurring which isn't seen here.

In regard to the Teaming, I hope @Jack Mckenziehas made yourself, and the others who were helping Aztecas in these battles last night whilst not being on the F6 of the consequences that will come with if seen to be doing this in the future.

If in doubt, open a ticket. It's not worth being perm banned over something some would say is miniscule.
