Please (in detail) describe the incident

2 hobos set up a roadblock in Kavala, which resulted in the death of a hobo, so I began to lockpick one of the Tempests blocking the road. The lockpick broke as Luke was entering the tempest. I tried to run away but he attempted to drive anyway, resulting in an explosion. 2 of us died, and as a result I lost a Spar 16 with multiple attachments, along with mags and gear. I couldn't resolve due to the fact that one of the hobo's game crashed, which resulted in the other driving away.

Seems more like a dysinc can relly see if he hit the SUV on purpose or try to sneak around it.
