Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was standing in kavala talking to people when a few guys arrived in a red SUV i didnt pay them no mind and kept talking. i hear the suv start and move to the middle of the road and was left there. i approach the suv and i ask the person i thought was driving to please move the vehicle. he say its not his. i walk around the car when i was going to ask who did it belong to someone unlocked it got in and left. someone starte saying thats my car someone stole it. i get in my patrol vehicle and started to chase the suv. the chase ends in kavala garage the pearon driving didnt want to get out then i hear a voice asking me to get on the ground. i try to tell them to stop but the kept telling me to get on the ground and put my hands up. i comply for the sake of them to shut up and for me to explain that they are are in a peaceful area. i also mention to them that what they are doing is baiting me . person reply that they did not brake any rules. one of them openly admits to baiting me into a trap then they said i dont know there names so pretty much i cant do anything. i told them theres ways to find out then they go on a rant saying "braking rp" i tried to tell them to stop saying that but they kept going i then hear someone say shot his tires so after all that they are also ghosting conversations. after that i proceeded to head back to kavala square and keep my roleplay with the ppl there. i did request for them in person with in rp to join my frequency but they said that they wont join my frequency i didnt try to ask them over notes.
