Please (in detail) describe the incident: Saw Lucy dealing earlier in the evening and attempted to give chase, she eluded us the first couple of times and this time she came to a stop and after some time she disappeared. I initially suspected head issues but after checking discord for any messages in police public or general chat i saw no messages. We waited an additional 10 minutes and still nothing. Again the way she comes to a dead stop looks like a head pop but the fact she hasn't come back or attempted to contact any one is disappointing.

Hey, this wasn't combat log, as in my screen I didn't even stop and I was still driving and I couldn't see you at all so I thought I lost you, then minute later my game crashed, I did return right away but it didn't spawn me in that exact place, I was a bit behind that, I spent like 15 mins going around triads and that area to search for my bike, I did see you waiting at that area but I didn't know I crashed over there, I even passed by your car, I'm sorry I didn't say anything on discord because in my screen I was driving away and you were no where near me so I thought its alright to just reconnect straight away.

@Violet_I don't have a clip as I'm not recording all the time, but wouldn't be logs enough proof that I did come back right after?

Hope you are both well!

Right now I will be writing up a summary up and explaining each thought as I action this report. 
Sadly you couldn't prove to me that your game timed-out or that you had connection issues, from all I can see it's exiting, I tested myself a few times to see if I would experience the same of spawning back in another location, and the result of what you're claiming happened, and to what happened to me is very different. - Unsure if I'd have to meet very certain situation/criteria to cause the same time-out as you. 

Now onto the whole thing, when you disconnected/timed-out from your game and in your words 'did return right away' and while yes - you did return to the server a few minutes later which is good, however, at no point, did you make a ticket, let the other party know via discord, or when you logged back on into the game via /ooc or /looc, you should've went through great steps to bring that to the attention of the police/staff what was happening, but that should've been your main priority, that in itself is already worthy of some punishment. You even claimed to have gone passed their vehicle, of which you knew you were being chased by, yet made no attempt to make yourself known or what happened in your situation to the other party. ( Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). 

Now, sadly without any footage from your side in regards to your game being timed-out/ disconnecting, you killing it, or logging back at the same spot or where you claimed to have logged back in, anything at all for me to ponder over, I'll have to make a decision on what I know. Which does not put you in a good light, now onto the punishment.
