Just revived someone after car wreak, Two hobos try to take NHS heli, After unlocking my heli they try to jump in, I ask them to leave, then Lucas attempts to ram the heli with his SUV

Sorry but if your Report is from the 11.02.2015 then it is not withing 25 hours and not valid. Reports have to be submitted within 24 hours. I think 10 months is a bit hars. Even if you meant 02.11.2015 its still a month ago.
