I was repairing my car at the Kavala garage, when an Ifrit pulled up that which another officer said had RDMed somebody just before. As I stop repairing my vehicle and take cover, there is a hint he may have said something but starts shooting very quickly at me which is right next to the greenzone. After I died, SPC Eclipse killed him. When I was revived only a few minutes later (2-3 mins), Lucas had already respawned and returned to the scene as a hobo in different clothing thus breaking NLR. He made no RP interaction and did not use his mic other than the first incident, and later reported saying his mic was no longer working when I asked him to come to TS to discuss it. He further refused to recognise he done anything wrong and did not log out of the server when I asked him to following the revelation his mic didn't work.

I am aware the login time shows he wouldn't have been there as his last login was before restart, however the clock on the servers may be incorrect or it may not have logged correctly, the Git server developers use has an incorrect clock too so that would explain the latest login actually being after restart and not before. The licenses also match up to the ones I found on him too in-game leading me to believe it is definitely the right person:
