So this two guys kidnapped Vincent and I was trying to stop them so I could try to get him free. Since they forgot to take Vincent’s communications he was telling me they’re location and also giving me some tips about what did they have. Also we had the police helping us trying to stop the van. I hit a rock after a while and see this guy say something like stop or put your hands up to the people in the police suv, so I came out of the car and told him to put his hands up and he shot me without saying a word. I told him to come to my teamspeak lobby so we could have a talk, but he ignored me and didn’t came. Also I believe he and his friend metagamed Vincent a lot, although the only one that have evidence of that is Vincent (if he still has it).

Hello there, I was involved in this situation, so what they did after they put me in restrains: They metagamed my name and searched up the amount of money I have on stats.roleplay.co.uk to use this ingame to make me get money from my bank account to give it to them (an amount of 5 million pounds), I found some video evidence, it's not the clearest since they haven't taken my communications and I was hot-mic'ing everything to my friends/gang.

The RP should had been more played out in this situation, it was indeed poor in my view.

Both Lubos and TheHengr have had more than enough time to respond to the player report. 

Lubos gave subpar roleplay before shooting and therefor action will be taken on him, TheHengr will also be banned for his actions in the evidence provided by @Vinniee

Action Taken on Lubos for (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.  

Action Taken on TheHengr for (4.5) Using the stats.Roleplay.co.uk stats page to gain information about players or gangs and then use that information ingame is considered metagaming. (Punishment is a ban)
