I was responding to a stolen NCA hunter where I was spiked by a fellow officer due to a miscommunication. While repairing my SUV a Qlin pulled up and a guy with an MX jumped out. He said something to me which I cannot really understand because his mic was lagging and when I pulled out my weapon he shot me. He went on to kill DSGT Alex Jackson who was also there but there is no video for this. A couple of notes: The weird audio jump at around 0:57 is the merging of two videos together. Also I am aware that this video is not 3 minutes long but I think it paints the scene well enough to tell this is a clear case of RDM.

I'd like to add to this as I was also told by the men to place my hands up. I did so and of course, hot mic'd  it onto the radio so the whole NV1 channel could hear what was going on. I was then told to put my gun on the floor to which I did put it on the floor, and as soon as I put it on the floor, the man said to his colleague 'Okay pick that up for me' and then shot me instantly.

I dont know why the audio is so bad from me to you in this video but i will put up my perspective shortly, i Said "please can you put your hands up and gun on the floor," And you pulled out your gun, you had 3 seconds before i shot, more than enough time to comply, OR fight back, you chose to fight back and died as a result. I would have appreciated if you tried to resolve this other than the in game message "//What was that about" You didnt try to resolve it

I'm not sure whose end the audio problems were on so we will leave that aside. So lets assume you asked me to put my hands up and put my gun on the floor as you claim. Me pulling a gun out at that point and shooting you would have been RDM because no threat to my life had been made. In the same way you shooting me for pulling my gun out was RDM. Also as you finished saying "please" you started shooting me without ample time for me to comply. It may be lag but at least on my end nowhere near 3 seconds was given. And by the way, your youtube link isnt working.

Should be fixed now, i understand because of the technical difficulties (not sure which end) it appears to be like 1/2seconds on your end (audio stutter plus a lag a lag spike) but from my perspective it was more like 3/4 although i feel i havent broken rules in this video because of the lag and whatever else  id like to ask you to come to ts so we can work out a compensation or through here

I'd like to comment on your point about '3 seconds'. 3 Seconds has been stated by staff as not adequate time to react as decent roleplay can not be achieved in that time, further more It was around 2 seconds after your demands were given that you had already opened fire which gave him next to no time to react.

I have counted the seconds in my video i say can u drop your weapon at second: 5 and 1/2, at second 7 you pull your gun out and by gun 9 i have killed you, 3 seconds, i understand it isnt a great amount, however you chose to get your gun out and point it at me, I didnt come in with the intention to kill you and stated clearly that i wanted your gun on the floor, but im not gonna stand around like a melon and wait for you to shoot me and shoot back, if someone has a gun to you and says drop your gun and they pull it out and start taking cover, of course i will shoot. my offer still remains if you would like to come to teamspeak or message me through forums nootnoot

If you would like to open a report against me aswell then sure, at this time i see no need, also what purpose would it serve to help dispute this current report? please dont comment if your not going to add something related.

Do you think saying "Hello sir, can you put the gun on the floor" a threat? Although you're pointing your weapon at him, you gave him 3 seconds to comply with your request which is awful. 

Although resolving the situation with the other party is no longer a rule, I still strongly encourage it. What I would like is for you to go onto teamspeak and at least try and talk it over. If you require, get a Staff Member present.
