Please (in detail) describe the incident
So there was an operation at the southern rebel outpost involving police and the newly risen gang Latin Kings. There had been multiple members of the gang killed and Lk Riyaz was one of them. Riyaz came back around 10 minutes later (Might have been more I am not quite sure I was focusing on not being killed more than the time) however I can't prove that. It is what he said after on the video it shows him saying something along the lines of "You have to explain why you killed me and my friend" and then stands over the body behind him. After the whole situation was over I spoke to the Latin Kings gang leader and one of the co-leaders since someone in their gang also combat stored a Huron (I have a video of that to if needed) whilst talking to them I attempted to get Riyaz into the channel by messaging him on teamspeak to come into the Lk lobby. He read the message and I knew this because I saw the little person icon thing on the message tab but he never came into the channel. I wouldn't have reported this just simply told him that it was wrong but since he didn't want to come into teamspeak I decided to report him.

EDIT:
After speaking to Azami and reviewing the video above a few times we realised that the combat storing couldn't have been Riyaz since he died as the Huron was landing. There are only two people in the gang that own Hurons

Look at the chat as soon as the video starts it shows BakKisHuno dying, this was after the incident of combat storing.
