Please (in detail) describe the incident
Player was shot with a rubber bullet rifle which lead to him being restrained. As he was brought to his feet in cuffs he decides to open fire in my direction (can see i move away from the direction he was facing but he still turns and shots). Would also like to add how sorry he is by the way he says "opps" in the video. Did ask him to get in touch on TS but no word an hour later.
