Please (in detail) describe the incident

We started to follow a truck in athira, we got out and initiated on the tires, we then shot at the tires and the driver drove off. We started to follow it and to later find out that the driver ( Link ) decided to drive in to Athira police station and park it there. I went up and confronted him with a note out of roleplay, he said somthing and went afk. I tried to talk to him ingame and texted him on his cellphone, but he did not answer me. Therfore its not resolved on teamspeak. I belive this is combat storing / saving.

@Sparx^ The rules you are probably thinking of are below:

(6.5) If you are in active combat or are being persued you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)

(2.6) Combat storing, such as storing a vehicle whilst you are being chased or to prevent roleplay will result in a permanent ban. 

The report shows no evidence of either of them. If he ran into a green zone, or stored his truck during the chase, then that would be a rule break. But merely running into a blue zone does not break the rules.
