We were given information by an unamed person telling us that the house in question was loaded with stolen unmc gear

the house in question was on the edge of the bluezone inside kavala pd , so we decided to ask the police to check inside the house for us

unfortunately the police were un willing to co-operate so we decided to break into the house to check ourselves with all weapons holstered once inside

the house the owner came back and shot me , all unmc soldiers were ordered to hold fire as we knew that opening fire inside a bluezone

is against server rules , also during the raid the house owner shot dead an unarmed civillian who was not involved

Okay so I am confused why you reported this after staff told you that I had permission to defend my house in these circumstances. It seems you just want a revenge ban for what happened many months ago.  

So, what happened was, UNMC started breaking in to my house, now normally any illegal activity inside a bluezone is against server rules. Breaking in to a house is an exception to this rule, which I know. However, I also have permission, from @TomTheDoge that I am able to defend my house if necessary relating to any other faction than the police. So of course, I initiated on UNMC who were breaking in to my house in this situation. My warnings were not listened to and Reece Smurf entered the house and I decided not to kill him instantly, to instead restrain him and try to resolve this peacefully. I eventually decided to kill him as they did not heed my warning to stop breaking my doors.

Reece asked me to come to staff support and I happily came to explain why I killed him and to the exception to the rule that I had previously been given permission to defend my house inside the bluezone. Shortly after joining Reece went afk and muted, and was muted for the majority of the conversation. He made little effort to actually listen or resolve anything and said he will be back soon to go for dinner.

As I said previously, I am a bit shocked I have been reported, especially when Reece was told I had permission to defend my house. 

Edit: Also I did not kill anyone else other than Reece in this situation. I am not sure what unarmed hobo he is talking about. Unless a bullet went through the wall possibly and I did not notice.

Since you tag me... not really true. You spoke to me and said you had previously been given exception by a member of the management team and I told you that the exemption would stand if that was the case. UNMC was never discussed so "any faction other than police" is a bit implied rather than what I said. In this case I can confirm an exemption was given because of nuance and this will be dealt with moving forward. It also shouldn't have been used as an excuse for some people to start a gunfight in a blue zone and common sense must be used to a point.

No further comments from me at the minute but I can confirm that Lincoln was indeed given permission "technically" although this situation proves that it won't stand in future.

@TinyBigJacko was the original person to say houses in blue/greenzones and exeptions, I spoke to him way back when Tanoa was still running as I owned a house in a greenzone there and wanted to confirm if I can protect my house or not. So sorry for the miscommunication on that part.

Also isnt owning a house within a blue zone and then claiming it to be a rule break if you rob it powergaming? not to mention when we where breaking into the house members of TCK kept locking/unlocking the house reseting the timer for breaking in also this report was made as its clearly shown here that you have powergamed hiding your items in a zone where very little can be done in terms of getting stuff from that house, not to mention you get permission to "defend" your house but we cant defend ourselfs or continue the raid

Ealier we came back to the house to attempt a 2nd try at the house to check to see if our UNMC gear was being stored in that house only to have a member of support an tell us what we where doing was wrong as the house was in a blue zone, after much debate we decided to leave as non of use wanted to be banned, but surely right there is the proof required to show that having a house in a bluezone is a powergame/massive advantage to whoever holds the house.We have been told two different things, you can rob a house in a green/blue zone, you cant rob house. Also getting you and all your guys to stand with all your gear on from that house and waiting in a blue zone for the reset is such an exploit, I mean really? If the shoe was on the other foot we'd have been banned ages ago.

So after talking with other Staff members I have come to the following conclusion. I will break this report up in parts.

When looking through the video I can see multiple UNMC members having their guns unholstered within a blue zone and this is against the rules as per (6.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered inside both green and blue zones at all times. Not to sure why you guys had your guns unholstered this isn't allowed. A blue zone is for Roleplay purposes only not to show you have a big gun.

Now going further into the video you can see that a UNMC member is breaking into a house. Now yes you did ask the police to go and have a look however they need permission to break into homes ect. Listening over the video from what was said 'You can either do it the hard way or the easy way. The easy way is you go check it for us, the hard way is we kill everyone and check it ourselves.' I am sure you are aware killing in a blue zone is not allowed also.

When a UNMC member is breaking down the door, again against the rules as per section 6 (The blue zone is an area setup for Police to carry out their duty. In RP this area is a fully staffed police HQ, therefore illegal activity is prohibited here.) Breaking into a house is an illegal activity that is why I come down later on when UNMC were breaking into the house for a second time (after talking to staff leads about it).

So when the UNMC is breaking down the door, The door gets shut. Now i cannot see if it is locked or not from this video however when in the staff help channels with yourself and Lincon he did understand what he did was wrong by doing so and it seemed fine when we all left.

For your third comment Reece about Lincon not leaving the blue zone after going into his house and a Staff member taking it off him. I think an important part is being missed in that situation. Yes Lincon did allow 1 other person to take whatever he wanted from the house for himself, the police then took that gun off the other person as it was in a quad bike then impounded. When Lincon was getting ready to move he was informed by a General that if he left the police station (blue zone) there was a lot of people about who would shoot at him/his tires. Lincon stayed in the police station as his life was threatened. I will not punish anyone for this if they was threatened and then didn't leave as it's not fair.

Now as Tom put in his response Lincoln was indeed given permission "technically" although this situation proves that it won't stand in future. Within the video you do hear Lincon say that he would kill whoever goes into the house and the UNMC member (I believe to be gdZ) said that's fine. He was aware of what would happen.

Following the conclusion on this, I will be denying this report as it was a bit of a mess overall however I want you all to take this as a warning. If I was to issue punishments it would be for the UNMC members who also broke server rules also. So I feel the best thing is everyone learns from this experience as we have now taken the house from Lincon. I would suggest in future if you think someone who has a house in a blue/greenzone area and doing illegal activities inside i.e store guns then please let a Staff member know about it and we will handle the situation to save any of these issues in the future. @Reece Smurf @Lincoln
