what happened is we was in athira and we stepped inside our heli to take off and liam came and said don't take off in the heli or ill shoot you then I took of feeling I had the chance to get away then my friend jayden got out and they said to him to lift his hands up or they will kill him then he said I didn't do anything and tried to speak to them then mrlongslong turns around and shoots jayden in the head and I get shot mid flight and get my health to 12% and jayden asks for them to come to give them a note and they run off

After you reluctantly left our teamspeak room we spoke to ur friend about the situation as a whole he agreed he was satisfied that Liam would do better in future  I agreed that the initiation was poor and therefore comped your friend.

The video isn't even from ur perspective, so why are you reporting us and not ur friend who agreed "I don't have a problem with you guys" , nothing to do with the fact you were banned as a result of a report I put up on you one and a half weeks earlier I think not.

Berkan, you clearly have a problem with myself and my gang , I don't want a problem with you and attempted to settle this issue with you in teamspeak, but you constantly raised ur voice and were generally rude towards myself and Triky so you where asked to leave, as you can clearly see from the video Jayden is the only one that was affected by our actions, you were merely hit with one bullet as an accident which I apologised for in teamspeak.

I do not have a problem with your clan at all nor you I have a problem with your poor initiation and I feel like there should be more than that at the end of the day thank your for comping jayden but the point is your initiation so that's what I have a problem with the fact that you shot me and I almost died and the fact you have the cheek to claim I was reporting you because I got banned annoys me so please do not mention that because I'm reporting you for breaking a rule not because I am holding a grudge which I am not just because I have been banned before still does not give you the right to break a rule.

You where asked to leave my teamspeak room because you , first of all failed to conduct a sensible conversation with us, you came into our teamspeak shouting and at some points literally screaming whilst Jayden sat there quietly waiting for us to speak with him, after we attempted to have a conversation with yourself you failed to do so and then left to go "speak with an admin" then you later came back and said "the admin said fail rp report him" which I highly disagree with because an admin wouldn't give there personal opinion in a matter like this.

We spoke to Jayden in teamspeak and I agreed it was poor initiation etc , we asked him what he wanted from this situation and he highlighted that his bank account was a little empty, so I offered to comp, even though it wasn't really my place to do so seeing as though it was Liam with the poor RP, before comping I we explained to Jayden the entire situation and that it wasn't Liams best work but given the situation at the time It was understandable but not an excuse, Jaydan agreed with this and was satisfied with the way things had been delt with, even stating at one point "I don't have a problem with you guys" .

I thank you for bringing this matter of poor RP with my gang to my attention and since have begun a strict new training programme and rule system which includes infractions for matters just like this one, I'm terribly if you still don't feel satisfied with our responses/imitations but given the situation which was going on that wasn't included in your video.

If you still feel that there has been some wrong doing that hasn't been accounted for then I would ask for a longer video from either yours or Jaydens perspective, because the current video only shows the initiation and not the rp before hand.

The rp before hand was no issue I initiated on u and said step out of the vehicle or your tires will be shot then when u got out I said sir “why are you stealing from my grandads shop”in the act of role play then we spoke abit which then you and your boys got back in your car a drive off then 5 or so minutes went passed you came back fair enough if you initiated properly I wouldn’t have a problem but the fact that you claim your friend initiated and you said he shouldn’t of done that why did you shoot at me or Jayden which killed Jayden and almost killed me. The admin was busy and he said after we uploaded the vid we could pm him which I later did he said let’s me see then said that is poor rp take it to reports and I replied with ok when your claiming I was shouting es I was I was pissed the fact your friends were making me look like an idiot the way they were talking to me. Jayden was comped thank you that comp was for you killing him not you breaking the server rules. Also I am reporting you because I feel this sort of behaviour should not be tolerated on this big community where new players come to enjoy them self’s and when people like you who have loads of experience on the server yet you still break them will want the new people to say I don’t wanna play on this server. So I’m sorry but this is gonna have to be judged by the admin.

Five mins did not pass you story is completely wrong and events you are describing did not happen in the order of which you are saying, please upload a full video of the entire engagement, as you are providing context that is not factually correct.

I do not have to sir, if there was decent rp from both side and we claim it was poor rp then I would but in the video you can hear the poor initiation which is heard while me in the heli then at Jayden. You broke the rule in the video and therefor I will only upload if the admin himself requests.

Ok, so before I go into this report properly, I want to say one thing:

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "INITIATION"!​

This term appeared a while ago regarding gunfights, but isn't actually in the rules anywhere. What is in the rules, however, is initiating ROLEPLAY, because that is what our server is all about: RP. There is no magic phrase that you can say that suddenly allows you to shoot someone; instead, we require, as clearly stated in the rules, that high quality RP to have been conducted prior to the shooting starting.

With that out of the way, let's take a look at the video.

Again, the problem here comes from people thinking there is a magic phrase, such as "place your hands on your head, or you will get shot". Now, there is nothing wrong with that phrase SO LONG AS IT IS NOT USED BY ITSELF. In this situation, it was pretty much all that was used by Liam, which I'm not happy about.

HOWEVER

Jayden was given plenty of time to comply with what he was being told, and given chance after chance. I mean, you literally asked for it at one point.

Liam - Consider this an encouragement to improve your RP. Vary it a bit. Don't just repeat the same phrase over and over. @MrLongSlong, I'm going to trust that you'll pass this along, and I'll be holding you to your earlier statement that you'll be improving your gang's state of RP.

@berkan - Careful what you say in game: "You can't shoot me, you have to shoot my rotors" is very close to breaking RP.
