We had ran into Leyton Davies just short of cutlass turf after us checking who he is/apart of he pulled a gun and aimed whilst we drove away which led to us downing him and taking him to dodgy doctor to get his gun off him whilst at dodgy he got up and tried to shoot and downed one of our members whilst having several guns on him this is really ruining our experience and chance to RP with him. To me this shows he has a clear "I'm gonna get banned mentality".

Hello @m4rcus8051 and thank you for submitting a player report.

After looking at the evidence provided by yourself, we can see that Leyton Davies was at a complete disadvantage having multiple guns / melee weapons pointed at him, yet he still decided to take his chance and shoot his way out, which shows he had no intention to roleplay and showed zero regards to his life by doing so, violating G2.4 Value of Life.
