Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was doing a normal patrol on server 1 where I stumbled across a SUV (owned by Lewis) driving from the Rebel outpost, I pulled him over to search him since I had reasonable suspicion that a person has an illegal item/substance (illigal firearm) Hotdog steps out the car and I tell him that I want to search him because he's in a area with illigal weapon trade which he responds to by saying "I've got rights" this being extremely vague I pull out my taser and prepare for him to run, before I reply by saying that "I know the lawbook I have studied the law"
Seconds after that shots pass me and I think of it as a bad warning shot but then I instantly get killed by Lewis who was I think hiding on the hill.
Hotdog then says while I'm dead "Telling me to put your hands up who do you think you are?"

Hey, I was playing as Hotdog. I fail to see why I was reported as I never actually shot at you. Furthermore, you tol me to put my hands up and pulled you tazer which is threatening me which give Lewis ( my gang member ) all rights to kill you.

Without any initiation from your part, neither you or your gang member warned me.
Also about me posing a threat that makes no sense at all.

Simply because armed rebels are around me doesn't give me the right to gun them all down without initiation eventhough they pose a far bigger threat, I see this as RDM from your gang member Lewis since there was no initiation and poor / Fail RP from your part because you didn't iniatiate, warn me, or do anything to me you just didn't comply straight off the bat, you backed up and then I was shot. I thought this was a warning shot so I stood still and awaited you to say something and then I was shot in the chest and died.

I will let the Staff judge on this and let's not continue this discussion anymore because it will result in you saying that I'm a threat and me saying that you broke the server rules together with your friend.

No warning/initiation was given prior to the shooting. Hotdog will not be banned in this case as he was not the one that did the shooting, Lewis himself should have made sure proper RP had been engaged before shooting.
