Some hobos was RDMing cops in kavala. At one point it was 10 guys randomly shooting people and we returned fire on everyone that was shooting etc. This guy got killed and threatening to report me. I did kill him and he did have a gun in a firefight. After restart he wasent online so i coudent get him on TS. EDIT: Saw him online later and asked him to come to TS but he did not come or respond to the MSG's.

I do not believe that this is beyond normal swearing, levels.

I mean the language is rude and abrupt, but it isn't a threat to report and he is using the swear word to emphasise his feelings.
