Please (in detail) describe the incident
Were were in Kavala and this guy was shooting people in the greenzone, then I had to use rubber bullets to stop him from killing me, then I restrained him and then I went to take cover, then somehow he shot whilst in restraints (Look at side chat), also he was killing people in the greenzone as well. I then messaged him in game to come onto TS, but he didn't respond.
