Me and 2 friends were mugging people at the ATM, when all of a sudden i had a gun to my head and was told to put my hands on my head. I done everything the guy said, he then said i could lower my hands and get my gun out, then re-asks me to put my gun in holster. I do everything he says, i am stood exactly still and i get shot and killed by a guy named "Legend". Then suddenly the guy that had me at gun point also dies to the guy named "Legend". I don't know why this happened. I had no gun out and was stood still in thee open and was just killed for no reason.

Hmm.. Need a second opinion on this. I'd say an active firefight in which your gang takes part makes it fair game, but then again, you complied with the guy next to you, no other form of compliance was issued to you yet you did get shot.

two issues I wanna point out

-Talking in TS while you have hands up, fail RP.

- "He's on my body." Why is someone in your gang talking while they're dead. thats a no no as well

Sorry @JamesFloww, but that makes 3 of us. Agreed it is an active gun fight, which even your teammates mention and then take part in. To walk into the open in rebel gear and a giant gun on your back is pretty much like drawing a target on your back. 

Report Rejected on the grounds of it being an active firefight.

Now although you didn't break any rules as far as I can hear, you should make sure you teammates are clear about how to act when 'dead'. Using radio comms while dead is so high up the metagame scale its nearly exploiting. I suggest they reread the rules.
