After an intense battle with a guy trying to rob me, i got him and some seconds after he left the server, went to help my boddy that was down, then a minute after i killed the first a guy came on his car and RDM me while on it, he did no initiation.

As i said in-game i was sat on the hill with an AKM i wasn't gonna hit shit with it so i climbed in my car and drove down, I shot 3 bullets towards you while you shot my friend but non of them hit hence why i drove down.

1. Your friend combat log as soon as he died.

2. He engaged alone, didnt say anything about "I have friendly's in the area", and when you appear 1 minute later, you only killed me and left.

3. You said "-I'm banned anyways" (admins can check this in logs when i asked you to come to ts and you refused) like you wouldnt care on getting banned for good

1. my friend combat logging has nothing to do with me so it does not need to be mentioned, this is a report for "RDM" Not combat log.

2. I only killed you as when i left the hill i was on i only seen you shooting my friend therefor i only shot you.

3. Yeah?, I said im banned you said legacy comets i said why You respond with is that you failing to resolve...I asked why because i didn't see what i had done wrong YOU SHOT MY FRIEND I KILLED YOU. What do you expect me to do i told you i was banned from ts so i couldn't resolve HENCE why i asked you to talk about it in side chat 

4.I asked you multiple times to tell me what i did in-side chat as i couldn't resolve it any other way i was banned from ts so the only way to resolve was side chat but you didn't want too 

5. Don't assume things and say "like you wouldn't care on getting banned for good" i killed you after you killed my friend so for you too say i don't care about getting banned is completely invalid and you should probably keep your assumptions to yourself,If i could of got on ts3 i would of come to resolve but i couldn't that's why I TRIED to resolve inside chat but you didn't want too.

I'm banned from ts and i tried to ask him what i did in chat he responded with "RDM" so i asked him to elaborate and he said so you're failing to resolve then i told him the whole situation "I was on the hill when my friend you killed my friend so i drove in closer and killed him." He then didnt respond to that so i logged off after 10 minutes of waiting for a response. 

Oh and btw Daniel you're friends said "he just tried to RDM because you're friend didn't initiate but in you're video you hear Tim initiate perfectly, so you might want to turn you're game volume up as you cant hear initiation properly due to you're ts being too loud. 

And for what its worth my friend did say i have a buddy on the hill but by that time he was already shooting you so i don't expect you too hear that.

I see you're a comic person, no wonder you are banned on ts... like i said to you, i called you on ts you asked what you did wrong and i told you RDM i wasnt going to explain/discust the whole situation on OOC, if you banned on TS thats not my problem so i took the situation into this report, You didn't killed me in place, you werent there doesnt matter where you were, you have to INITIATE a thing that your friend didnt do, and you cant just appear minutes later and random kill me.

And she didnt say he just tried to RDM , so idk where you heard that.

Okay so after watching the video you did RDM Daniel as a proper initiation was never performed. You are already banned and this will be put on your record for an eventual appeal. 

Additionally i will be takeing action against Tim Heywood as his initiation don't meet the standard we expect here in addition to shooting on a random quillin and combat logging.
