I was running with some random hobo's when we get to the garage a man takes his weapon and just shooting the guy "Elias" Elias friend iss trying too shoot mountain i start running, on my way i wantet to steal elias weapon i take it and keeps running and then he shoots me. I tryed to mobile him with no respons

I dont i just spawned there, but you see that Elias is not even over there before im there too, so he also shoot him with no roleplay.. and elias is only having his weapon on his back hes not a treat for him

Elias shoot one of the people in my car the he did his weapon on his back and run to the garage in agios. we turned the car and step out at the garage where he came running with a gun on his back. HyLix was part of those guys. this is my part of the story. 

Edit: not sure but if i am right he even attempted to pick up the weapon and try to shoot. (to run to your death friend Elias which got shot to pickup his weapon is not value your life) 
Edit: the message on my mobile was something like ''Nice RDM you gona get reported'' (this is a thread to report and not a way to try to resolve it)
