Because I thought that attempted robbery in a GZ + knockout without initiation wasn't something that could be an... "accident", so to speak. In my eyes he probably hasn't read server rules, and even though I know I probably should have told him to go on TS he didn't say a single word during the whole encounter so I didn't think he'd even have a working mic. I didn't need comp or anything because I didn't lose anything, it was just that he was breaking 2 very obvious rules, so I didn't think there was any point on talking to him and getting his side of the story.
