Please (in detail) describe the incident
Was stopped on the side of the raod waiting for a medic to revive the guy next to my truck, went to go see if an officer was shot but it is was a civ (L lawliet) returned to my vehicle when, then L lawleit shows up in a truck breaking NLR and processed to Body glitch the guy on the ground. (note: L lawliet was killed about 8-10mins earlier by the guy he glitches, so this was the 2nd time breaking NLR)
