Hi. Thanks for the report.

Well, that’s quite shocking to be frank. Whilst you can issue a fine to someone who may be providing a false name and you’ve been unable to confirm their character ID, you must not then use the fine receipt to identify their true character ID. Makes no sense at all for how an officer would find this out. It’s clear cut powergaming and ridiculous.

You could’ve fined him in the custody cells but you waited until last resort in the prison when you knew you weren’t getting an admission of false identify from him and chose to abuse the FPN system to gain a fine receipt and find out his true character name.
